Kartoffelsalat mit Frikadelle

in the typical recipe of the frikadelle you should put in one or two tablespoones of mustard, i prefer the dijon mustard from france .
learned cooking from my mother, a typical swabian housewife
her Fleischküchle (Frikadelle in swabian) and her warm potato salat is the best of the world!!!
800 gr. Waxy potato, boil and peel, then cut into thin slices.
A small onion into small cubes , put the onion cubes on top of the potato slices.
In a bowl mix 3 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons vinegar, nutmeg spice, salt and pepper,
Mix it and add 250g beef broth, all together pure over the still warm potato.
Mix everything easily.
