I had this in Europa Park and possibly at a Christmas market in Freiburg or Munich in December 2005. I was told this is only made at Christmas time. From the taste I think it includes sour kraut, cheese, noodles and small bits of meat. It was one of the most wonderful foods I have ever tasted and a very happy memory from a delightful trip to Germany. I have not been able to find any information or a recipe. I enjoyed it very much and would love to try and make it here in the US.
