2. Pancake soup (Pfladdlesuppe?)
3. Bavarian sauerkraut

We had these wonderful foods in Missen-Wilhelms, Bavaria,Germany a few years ago.

Salad with Yoghurt Dressing

Hi

You will find a recipe for pancake soup under soup recipes.

Try the recipe below on your crisp green salads.

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Whisk the ingredients together.
2. Chill for 30 minutes.
3. Serve over crisp green salad of your choice.
