German Fleischsalat

I am looking for a recipe using shredded deli meats,

(probably a ham type or Lyoner bologna), mixed in a
mayo (don't know which brand), and finely chopped dill pickles (I think). It is delicious cold salad and can
be found in most delis.

Fleischsalat (meat salad)

1/2 lb sliced Schinkenwurst, (Bologna, known as Bierwurst in some parts of Germany) cut into 1/4" strips
2-3 dill pickles, chopped
1/2 granny smith apple, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp pickle juice
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients together and leave for a few hours. You can also eat it immediately if you can't wait!
